About the Course

Quiet Power of Breath is a certified foundational pranayama course designed to offer a deep and systematic understanding of breath, prana, and the pranic body. Rooted in the tenets of the Satyananda Yoga tradition, this thoughtfully structured program supports the integration of pranayama sadhana as a conscious lifestyle practice, rather than a technique-based intervention.

Eligibility & Prerequisites

  • Prior experience in asana, yoga practice, or structured physical exercise is mandatory
  • The course is suitable for healthy individuals only
  • Participants should have no serious physical, mental, or emotional health conditions
  • Submission of a medical fitness certificate is mandatory for participation

Saturday Theory Focus

Each Saturday is dedicated to detailed anatomical under-standing, application, and progression of four foundational pranayama techniques aimed at regulating breath and elevating states of consciousness. Includes guided discu-ssions and Q&A.

  • Neti – nasal cleansing as preparation for pranayama

Meet the Teacher

Geetika Sharma

Cognitive Spiritual Therapist and Satyananda Yoga Teacher.

Initiated into the discipline of yoga by her grandmother at the age of ten, she guided her first Hatha Yoga class for international seekers at 14 years of age. A third-generation yoga teacher, her journey has been shaped by the Iyengar and Satyananda Yoga tradition.

Certified at the Bihar School of Yoga, Geetika was initiated into karma sannyasa as Sannyasi Shraddharupa by Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati at Bihar school of yoga.

Geetika is also a certified cognitive hypnotic coach.
