About the Course
Hatha Yoga Training Immersion is a certified course (Yoga Alliance Continued Education program) designed to offer a deep and systematic understanding of yama & niyamas, asana and shatkarma.
Rooted in the tenets of the Satyananda Yoga tradition, this thoughtfully structured program supports the integration of yoga as a conscious lifestyle to avoid physical ailments.
