About the Course
Part II is in continuation to the Quiet Power of Breath – Part I. This chapter delves into the concept of Prana as the vital medium for consciousness to express itself in the world, through an individual mind.
Through experiential group sittings and study, we know how controlling the flow of prana controls the mind and yet, pranayama’s intent or ultimate outcome isn’t to control, but rather to expand.

Scheduled at sunrise, during the peak of natural pranic flow, this month-long immersion offers both experiential practice and theoretical grounding in understanding prana as vidya (knowledge). The course is conducted in a small group of 12 sincere sadhaks, ensuring a quiet and disciplined learning process.
“The breath, directed by thought under the control of the will is a vitalising force. It is within your easy reach at every moment of your life. Use it judiciously.”
— Sri Swami Sivananda
