Commitment to a Structured Framework
A minimum of four in-depth sessions are required to systematically explore and manage behavioral responses to life and the environment. This structured framework ensures a sequential and progressive approach to self-management.
Discovery Questionnaire & First Deep-Dive Session
Before your first session, you will receive a link to fill out the discovery questionnaire. This helps set the foundation for identifying core issues and initiating deep relaxation techniques tailored and receptive to your mind.
Ongoing Self-Work & Support
Stay in touch for insights, updates, and recommendations as you progress. This ensures that the self-work assigned to you for the week remains aligned with your evolving needs.
Completion & Further Guidance
After completing four sessions, you will either be advised to take a mindful pause to allow your mental and vital energy systems to integrate the work or continue with additional sessions if needed for further deepening and refinement.

Fill out the Prakruti Analysis Form to assess your unique body-mind constitution. This step initiates a detailed diagnosis over a video consultation to help clarify your doubts, align your will, and understand the time commitment required for this life-changing process.
Personalised diet and lifestyle therapy
A second consultation follows, offering a deeper understanding of your customized and sustainable diet and lifestyle therapy plan. You will receive specific Dos and Don’ts tailored to your constitution.
7-Day Implementation & Follow-Up Call
After following the recommended Ayurveda therapy plan for a minimum of 7 days, a follow-up call will summarize your progress.
Weekly Summary & Long-Term Plan
Each week concludes with a summary call, where your therapist provides a structured plan to continue for the necessary duration to bring about the desired changes in your health condition.
